Anyone can write for BeersInBoston. If you love good beer, live in the greater Boston area, and want to support your local breweries, sign up now.

Once you are signed in

1) Login:  After you confirm your account, you will be taken back to the homepage of BeersInBoston.  Click on the link in the top-left of the page that says “Login.” You will then be taken to the Author’s Dashboard.

2) Add a Photo: Once your in the dashboard, click on the “Profile” link on the left. Then, at the bottom section of your profile, add an image.  This image will be displayed on all of your posts.

3) Begin Writing: Now your ready to write about local craft beer.  Click on the “Posts” link on the left, and then click on “Add New Post.”  Please remember to select all applicable categories to your post before clicking the blue “Publish” button.

Why Write for BeersInBoston?

Writing for BeersInBoston has many advantages.  First, its a published website.  Writing for a published website is great for your resume, and helps you build your reputation as a writer, and craft beer enthusiast.  Writing for BeersInBoston also helps small local breweries gain exposure so that they can compete against the big boys.

What do I Write About?

In short – anything about local Craft Beer (Greater Boston – pretty much all of New England is game).  Be creative.  Some of your topics may include beer reviews, bar reviews, brewery reviews, brewery tours, pub crawls, beer dinners, beer updates, beer related stories, craft beer, etc, etc.  If you have any questions about what you can write about, please ask. The only rules are to keep it clean, keep it local, and please include at least one image.
